Global Knives are the Best
Love this knife, it came sharp and it is great quality. Originally got a set of Global knives in 2020 and have used them every day since, and all are still in good condition. I expect this knife to last a long time as well. Also, the knife and all the global knives hold up well in the dishwasher, occasionally needing a polish. I use pink solution cleaning paste on them every few months and handwash and dry them and they look as good as new.
