I like this vitamin complex! Supplement has Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. These 3 are the main vitamins that our body needs to have a healthy immune system. I take 2 every morning. Very easy to swallow with good flavor. They have built my immune system up tremendously! I will repeat!
