NapoleonRogue 425 Series Grill Cover

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as the one I bought him before this was destroyed. We were both highly impressed with the quality and fit. I love that it is longer so goes down further on the barbecue than our old one. The only downfall is that it isn’t capable of reminding my husband to actually put it back on the barbecue, a barbecue cover like that, I would be all over! Lol

I bought a new Napoleon grill. My old Napoleon (over 20 years old) finally bit the dust and no parts were available to fix. I stopped using a cover on my old BBQ (which didn't have any side burners). The old Napoleon cover was vinyl with a lining. It cracked, and the lining seemed to keep moisture in the BBQ.My new BBQ has an infra-red side burner - so a cover is needed. I'm very happy with this new cover. It's a tough fabric with no lining (better, IMO) and has vents in the back. It's rained several times and this definitely keeps water off without trapping any moisture - and no lining to get wet. It has plastic snap buckles on the side to gather slack. These might be a weak point - the buckles themselves seem kind of flimsy - so will see how they hold up. Easy to replace if they break though.

Purchased this in July to make sure I had a cover for my new grill for the fall. We finally got around to opening it up and found a defect. The material appears to have been folded and caught in seam when sewed during manufacturing. Speaking with Amazon, they’re telling me I have to go directly to Napoleon because it’s outside of the return window. For a new item defective out of the box I would have expected Amazon to stand behind it and exchange it.

All I can say is WOW. This cover is every bit the same very high quality the bbq itself is. It fits perfect, and has tie down points so it literally can't blow off. I'll report later on longevity, but the fabric is so much thicker than the cheapest, I am expecting good things
