Good deal
I’ve had this scanner for a couple years now. Still great need a newer one now but really does what I need reading codes and clearing codes

Great tool for my Nissans
Successfully used this on both my 2010 Nissan Altima and 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Fun fact, on the bottom side of the car hood is an Emissions certification stamp that says whether the car can do "ODB II", saw this on both hoods. Also if you are getting the "unable to read codes" keep trying! On both cars I ran into this and the problem was resolved by pushing the Start button just one more time. It is like the old keys - position one is "On" and position two is "Acc" for turning on radio and everything. This unit draws its power from the car, no batteries required. I feel like an auto mechanic! Unit gives detailed messages about the code. No more need to stop at Autozone for a free scan.

2015 Duramax Diesel- it works
I read some cheaper scanners will not work with diesel engines. One reviewer said it worked on their truck and that's why I bought it to keep under the seat, the expensive one is in the toolbox at home. Going on 3 years and has been used more than it should have. New trucks are just unreliable with DEF.

Basic but reliable
It feels well-built, the 240x320 pixel screen is surprisingly adequate, and it performs basic functions reliably: auto-detecting the OBD2 protocol, reading and clearing diagnostic trouble codes, graphing or displaying streaming sensor data.I was quickly wishing it was more than basic - the autoranging graphs in particular are annoying, it would be nice to be able to set a fixed range, and to graph fewer than 4 sensors. The meter has a "record freeze frame" operation but it's not clear what is being recorded. And it has a USB port that apparently does nothing; it would be nice to store graphs or other data and view them later. But for less than $30 (wait for the sales every month) it does everything advertised and feels solid, at a great price.
