Excellent
Nice quality. Looks good on the desk. Plenty air circulation for the macbook when in clamshell mode

High quality, solid aluminium feel, sturdy with no wobble
Very impressed with the overall quality and feel of this product. I'm using it to hold a Macbook Pro M1 Pro with a case (approx .9" width). It is secure and sturdy with no visible wobble at all. I keep it on the side of a standing desk and feel confident to leave it there even when my desk is raised to standing height. The product itself is pretty solid being made from aluminium and has a good grip on my desk, meaning that I can place and remove the laptop from the stand with just one hand. I tried a UGreen stand before getting this but it was useless. I'm very happy with my purchase of the HumanCentric Vertical Laptop Stand.

One of the better looking Mac stands out there
First of all, it isn't the cheapest choice around considering I paid £24.99 for this. I have gone with this because of the hollo design, which I hoped would be better for air ventilation when I'm am doing heavy load. It also looks a bit nicer than the other ones which are just a slab of metal, adds a little variation (dare I say style?) on the desk.I am using it with my 16" MacBook Pro, no problem holding it up. To my surprise the joint isn't metal, so as you put the laptop down on the stand, it naturally moves into a holding position. Almost like a clam closing its shells, which keeps the laptop in place. Both sides have rubber bits so the metal in the frame isn't rubbing on the Mac itself.I think it is still best to place this next to a wall so there's no risk of knocking it off the table. But it could just be mine 16" being too tall, if you have a smaller laptop maybe it isn't a problem.Very happy with the approach, although I do think it is a little pricy for what it is and feel it could be a bit sturdier.

Laptop falls over easily
Not sturdy att all. Nice design but laptop easily falls over and needs something next to it to stop of falling over which defeats the object of the purchase.

Design appears to have changed.
The design of the stand has changed, I purchased this stand in November 2022. It was great, compact, high quality and the rubber material was soft in order to not damage the laptop.I purchased a second for my partner in January 2023. The design is similar, but the dimensions are larger and do not match the pictures shown on this product page. The rubber section of the stand has been replaced with flexible plastic which is not as high quality and appears to be more prone to scratch laptops as it is a much harder material. Be warned.

Okay…ish
Looks incredible however not as sturdy as you’d think. Quite wobbly and its a bit worrying considering its holding a very expensive laptop. Still looks cool though!
