I looked long and hard before settling on this day bed. I wanted something different for my American style all weather porch that runs along the back of my house. I was looking for something large enough for a few people to sit on or for laying comfortably in the garden to read. Something that would be an alternative to the egg chairs we have hanging from the porch roof. Standard garden benches were not big enough or comfortable enough and the wooden ones are often very expensive. I brought a cheap mattress also from Amazon at £35, it didn’t need to be a luxury one as no one is sleeping on it, I added a waterproof cover to that and some waterproof garden cushions. I finished it with a matching colour bedsheet and throw. The whole set up was cheaper than other day bed frames on their own from leading brands. The powder coating gives it added protection for the outdoors but it is protected by the back porch roof anyway. I put the day bed together by myself in situ and it’s very sturdy. The only difficulty I had was the way the bars go in on the base where the mattress sits, they are quite hard to knock in as they go in once the rest of the bed is built so they are very snug. I had to leave the last two for my husband to give it some welly and whack them in as I gave up in the end after much struggling. Overall, I would recommend this day bed. Time will tell how long it lasts. Given I brought it for the garden and for regular use, which is not its intended use I would not expect it to last as long as if it was just a day bed in a spare bedroom for example. However, it is now under a waterproof cover for the colder dewy mornings and the occasional side ways rain but we are still using it on the brighter days and I intend to continue to use it in the colder months. I wish I hadn’t deliberated for so long. It is perfect for our needs and we have used it so much since purchasing it in June. Such a lovely way to enjoy the garden and fresh air.

Fairly easy to assemble and very sturdy. It needed to be as was for my Granddaughter. She loves it.

After reading some of the reviews I was worried about assembling this bed but I am a 66 year old woman and found this do Easy to assemble on my own really pleased with this product

This came much quicker than expected which was great! Thank you! My daughter wanted a sofa in her bedroom but it’s far too small so we compromised at a daybed and we’ve ordered some cushions to go along the back but it looks beautiful as her everyday bed. This came in so many pieces I was overwhelmed at first but with a little patience and reading the instructions it took a while as one person but I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this was for the price. It looks so pretty with fairy lights all the way around too. I’m very happy with this bed. The only slight thing I’m going to add is small caps on the ends of the metal designs as they may be just a little sharp for a child but otherwise I would definitely recommend this bed.

Bought as an emergency spare room/study bed for a visitor. It is cheap but I wish I had spent more and got a more sturdy frame. It is easy enough to assemble, but read the instructions and don't tighten frame too much before the slats go on! It looks pretty but the metal is flimsy, and has already been bent when leant on by a teenager. For a small child this would possibly be ideal. For a teenager? No, it needs a much firmer frame on the back and sides!

Wir hatten das Bett für unsere Kinder Geholt. Bei der erst Lieferung gab es Schwierigkeiten. Eine Teil wurde nicht richtig ausgestanzt. Wir habe den Käufer kontaktiert. Wir habe sehr schnell ein Antwort erhalten. Der Käufer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat uns das geleich das fehlenden Teil zugeschickt. Das Bett hält super. Auch wenn die Kinder auf den Bett toben und springen. Es hält. Auch nach mehreren Wochen kein quietschen. Davor hatte ich ein bißchen bamel. Also alles super

Priset är bra men det var stora problem. Fyrkantiga skruvar levererades (visas även som sådana) och metallen hade för små och runda hål. Det passade inte och vi fick borra hålen större för att kunna montera ihop sängen. Därför endast 2 stjärnor!

Una cama muy bonita y fácil de montar. Únicamente resaltaría que la pata central interior debería ir mejor sujeta. Yo tuve que hacer un agujero que atravesará la barra por los dos lados. Puse unos tornillos más largos y quedó perfecta.

Das Bett kam sehr viel früher als angekündigt . Als ich den kleinen Karton sah , wurde mir bewusst das es viel zum schrauben gibt . Das hat sich dann auch bestätigt . Einmal in die Anleitung geschaut , die Anmerkung das man das Bett zu zweit aufzubauen soll gelesen .......und dann allein begonnen . Ist eigentlich alles selbsterklärend und recht simpel . Ich habe ca. 45-50 Minuten gebraucht , denke aber das es zu zweit schneller geht . Und bitte die Schrauben alle lose lassen und erst ganz zum Schluss alles festziehen. Das Ergebniss ist ein stabiles schmuckes Bett für unser Gästezimmer. Kleiner Hinweis : Das Bett ist 190x90 ich habe eine Matratze 200x90 verwendet... passt !👍
