Balneol lotion is much thinner than it used to be
Been using this great product for many years. I noticed right away on the most recent order, the lotion is much thinner. It almost appears like water was added to each container and the lotion is so watery that it has a tendancy to run off before being applied.I am extremely disappointed and hope that Balneol has not cheapened their product by watering it down.

Love the product but shouldn’t be packed with other items
I love that you offer this product at such a reasonable price . My issue was that even tho I ordered it separately from my 2 iPad covers it was packaged with them. A tiny leakage but could have been worse . I don’t know who does the packing but this wasn’t a good idea. I am not even sure that you did the packing.

Prouct is excellent. Bottle has new dispenser cap which does not perform well. Hard to use.
