Extremely powerful
Great product, very strong steam shot. It broke after nearly two years. Thanks to warranty I got replacement. It is still the best device when it comes to performance.

It no longer works after not even a year.
Dear Supplier, We ordered the iron on December 17, 2024, and received it around December 25, 2024. It worked very well. We were traveling for a few months, and I just wanted to iron now, but the iron does not heat up. A blue light is blinking, but otherwise, it does not function. Upon ordering, I noticed that we have a one-year warranty. Please let me know how we can proceed. Best regards, Elodie Schmitz

The water level in the reservoir is a little difficult to see, otherwise performs well, came with a 3 pin plug.

Itโs very good but the steam you have to press get it but itโs quite enough steam to iron very nice and very convenient that I donโt have to fill my iron every two minutes I like it

Fast time products were good now items are very low quality I have ordered two times and two times it is bad and once it didn't work and returning it after returning it they sent me the same product again.

Error lights came on after 2 months , followed all instructions, but still does not disappear . Fone in for repair
