This is the second one I ordered and unfortunately one of the charging ports does not work

I bought this while waiting for my PS5 to ship. The design is pretty basic. It fits both the PS5 and the PS5 DE. The wire connecting to the console is a bit of an eye sore. I wish the cable could reach to the back, but that's not a big deal. The fans are a bit louder than I thought they'd be but again, it does the job of keeping the console cool. My favorite feature is the dual charging station. If you have 2 controllers, you shouldn't have to continue using the charging cable that came with your controller. Another neat feature is the pull out game case holder. I don't use it, but that's something other stands don't have. Overall, it's a nice product that does its job well.

Great stand, I don't have any disc cases, all my games are digital so I use the slot slide out for my external hard drive. It's quiet, charges great, the added USB ports are good too. It feels pretty rugged while also remaining pretty light in weight. All around a good stand for the money.

This docking station gives me almost everything I need for my PS5 after controllers are bought. It has 2 controller spots that work well. You can put either the digital or the disc version in it. It lights up to let you know it's on. There are 3 USB ports in the front. I have a USB extender in the back, so I have all the space I could possibly need. This thing could easily be double the price & I would have paid it!

The game stand doesn't even hold the game up correctly, the fans are on the wrong end, mine doesn't even turn on-_- not worth it in my experience, and trust me I love my ps5 enough to get this, but it doesn't do what it describes to. But they make a great stand to hold the ps5 and the games in place though.

Does what it says. I was a little leary at first but it seems to keep the console pretty cool. Has an on off switch for the fan which is nice. Definitely a good purchase. And yes the Ps5 comes with a stand but this one is much more stable. For the money I spent on this thing I think its worth it.

Try something else or maybe don't even bother with this kind of a solution unless you just want a stand I guess. On ours the controllers don't charge through the "charging ports" so we gave up on using them. Tried connecting and charging using the USB ports on the stand instead, they don't seem to work either - and yes we had the stand connected to the front console USB for power to the ports:) -. The same controllers charge just fine with the same cable connected directly to the PS5 so now we are using this as a stand, disconnected from the console. Also as the top review states, the fan is pointless because it's blowing air on the bottom of the console where there are no vents! The game case slots are designed to hold only about half of the case so they tilt backwards sometimes. It's reasonably sturdy for what it is, but I wasn't expecting much more given what is out there from previous experience.

My cooling stand just arrived today, very fast shipping over the holidays. The stand is sturdy and secured the ps5 in place, the charging station for my controller is a nice touch and very useful. Also love the extra USB ports. The cooling fan isn’t too noisy and barely noticeable. I’d highly recommend this stand / cooling station.

The product works great as a stand it's very sturdy and looks great in low light conditions with the charging indicator lights, however the 3 extra USB ports don't get the job done, if you insert a pendrive it takes forever to read the contents from it also when using an external HDD for games the ps5 won't be able to detect it if you use the ports from this stand so don't buy it for the extra ports as they aren't the best. The dualsense charging port works fine for now although can be hard to position properly to fit in for the charge, will update incase anything happens. UPDATE: Both the dualsense charging ports have stopped working on just one day of use making the stand essentially useless and only good as a stand i don't really recommend buying this product and just using the stock stand you get with the ps5 as the other features are basically useless apart from the game holder

The product does not connect with the electrical port. Just a plastic stand and absolutely no charging service possible
