I have tried the product before , looking for help with skin and hair, it didn’t make any difference to skin, but my hair grows a little quicker. I read an article recently which says there is evidence collagen does help with skin and wrinkles, I am giving it another go. I will see how it goes. Just to note this used to be quite sweet, I find it now quite bitter.

Tastes like sweets, noticed difference in hat and nails and overall high dose for good price
