Great Support During Pregnancy
I took Calcium and Magnesium Supplement Tablets during my pregnancy along with my prenatal vitamins, and they really helped me. It’s a good way to increase calcium and magnesium intake, which are important for the baby’s development and also for your own health. The tablets don’t have any smell or taste, which made them very easy to take every day. Overall, I think it’s a great addition to a prenatal routine.

Great supplement for pregnancy
A lot of general prenatal vitamins do not contain enough calcium. I use the supplement to help me reach my daily goal for magnesium and calcium. The magnesium also helped me with my headaches during my pregnancy.

Great product! I take two tablets every day during my second trimester, but one day I forgot to take them, and that night I got cramps. Since then, I haven’t forgotten to take them again.

No more leg cramps

I wanted the best and safest kind of calcium for my baby
I wanted to take calcium and asked the doctor about it, she said any brand would be OK but I just didn't want to take any brand, I wanted the best and safest kind of calcium for my baby. I researched a lot before buying this pills but what really caught my attention was that they have magnesium which helps relaxing the muscles, including the uterus, meaning less contractions. I showed them to my high risk doctor as well and she said they were perfect. Never had any issue while taking this, not after taste, not too big and its only two a day. I'm planing to keep taking while breast feeding.

Breastmilk supply increase
Bought to help increase my breastmilk supply. I think they helped but even if they didn’t, having extra calcium and magnesium for great for my milk regardless! Not too big like a lot of capsules.
