Really wonderful product. Without NAD mitochondria cannot work, we feel fatigue discomfort... everyday life is bane. So think, how would be miserable for a mito patient to live a day. A total mess... My physican suggested to take add NAD to other supplements.... The change was wonderful. Totally satisfied with the product, confident now.... can gradually come back to normal life. Thanks to Truniagen NR. The price is so high, if moderate it, it would have helped many mito patients... as I they have to take many more costly supplements regularly to maintain their daily life.

I usually don’t write reviews: The product is effective. It definitely removes brain fog, enhances focus, and gives you a type of energy that is natural..if that makes sense. I was diagnosed with ADHD very late. I am on Adderall…dont stop taking your meds, just add this. This will now be a part of my wellness routine. It for sure works.

I wanted to share my experience because Tru Niagen has genuinely made a big difference for me. I initially tried NAD Plus injections because I was exhausted, and while they helped a bit and gave me some energy, it just wasn’t enough. I still felt tired most days and never had that steady, lasting energy I was hoping for. After doing a lot of research on NAD supplements, looking for a high quality product with health benefits, and reading about Tru Niagen’s scientific research studies, I decided to try this brand — and I’m so glad I did. Within a couple of days, I started noticing a real change. I began waking up with a lot of energy and actually feeling ready for the day. I also felt like I got a good nights sleep - even when I didn’t. The difference is amazing — I have sustained energy throughout the day and even into the evening, which hasn’t happened for me in years. It's not a caffeinated feeling, either, where my energy fades, then drops, a couple of hours later, but it's consistent throughout the day. I take one supplement as soon as I wake up, then another around noon. I really can’t say enough good things about it, and only wish I had discovered it sooner. But better late than never! In addition to better sleep, I am looking forward to its other benefits that I've read have been medically proven through many research studies: it's anti-aging effects by promoting cellular repair and reducing oxidative stress, heart health, and improved cellular health. This will take time to develop, and I've only been taking these supplements for 5 months. But one of the other big benefits I have noticed is that my blood sugar levels have leveled out, and I don't have sugar cravings anymore. This is truly a first, lol. 😂 It is on the pricey side, and I do wish the cost would come down a bit, but honestly, the benefits make it worth every penny. Tru Niagen gave me back the energy and motivation I’d been missing. If you’ve been feeling drained or low on energy, this supplement is absolutely worth trying. Note: I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. Its effectiveness is 5-stars, I’d even give it more than 5-stars if possible. But, price is something I had to take into consideration. If you decide to try it, and it’s cost prohibitive for you, I recommend you buy it on one of Amazon’s Prime Days or on Black Friday :)

I’m not sure if this works or not. I had too many side effects and had to quit taking it after 10 days. Apparently my side effects (nausea, fatigue, headaches, and joint pain) are common in prolonged high doses of NAD+. I was not taking this very long, and I was only taking 300mg a day. I assume I’m just extra sensitive to this supplement. UPDATE: After a two week break, I got online and read more reviews. I saw one reviewer mention that this supplement is for someone that weights 184 lbs or less. After reading all the details, I saw they mentioned 1.36 mg of Tru Niacin per pound, per day. I weight only 86 lb. And while I am an adult, I am very short, too. My weight is in a healthy range for my height. I decided that I am probably overdoing it with the 300 mg per day. I ordered the 150 mg version, and I am now taking one per day of the 150 mg pills. I'm overall healthy and pretty young, so I think this should be sufficient for my needs. I plan to update my review again, if this new dose works for me. SECOND UPDATE: Well, the side effects returned. I'm having nausea, fatigue and headaches again. No joint pain, which makes me think the joint pain was indeed unrelated. Either way, this supplement is not for me. I really wanted it to work out. And I'm still glad I gave it a second shot. THIRD UPDATE: I decided to give this supplement one more shot. I gradually introduced it again, and this time I’ve been successful! I waited awhile before updating here, but I’m now doing well now. No more side effects. I think my body just needed lots of time to get used to this supplement.

This stuff is the truth 100% I felt better with in days. I sleep through the night, less body aches, energy moood all are the best on this stuff. i’ll stop every so often and I noticed a difference immediately.
