Is this designed to fit Class 1 receivers?

The small end if 1 1/4 inch square and the open end is 2 inches. All I used it for was a luggage carrier and it worked great.

What size of hitch pins will I need?

1/2 inch on the small end 5/8 inch on large end

Why is my prime product that is in stock arriving in 4 days!?!?

As good as amazon is on shipping, they don’t control the carriers, floods, storms, accidents all affect the delivery system, some days it’s fast other days more time is needed. I look at it this way, if it’s free I usually don’t need it in a hurry, if I need it quickly I’ll pay the xtra money! Hope this helps!
