What an amazing resource!! I am an administrator in a virtual school, and I can't wait to try some of these strategies with my staff!! The first chapter provided me with a different way to look at meetings. The vignettes are extremely interesting. I love the creative energy of this book and have recommended it to my colleagues. The only parts that I found valuable were the “how to do this ritual” steps, which unfortunately are only like 20 percent of the book. The person deep dives and the explanations of the inspiration of each ritual felt totally unnecessary to me.

Rituals for virtual meetings is very useful and practical. I keep it close to my desk, quickly pick a ritual to apply in my virtual meetings. The content is well-organized, you can find an appropriate ritual so quickly and you can digest it with ease, everything is explained step by step with examples.

A capa e o papel de "Rituals for Virtual Meetings" são muito, mas mesmo muito, mais fracos relativamente ao "Rituals for Work" (https://www.amazon.es/dp/1119530784/), e se calhar vale mais a apena a edição para eReader pois não se perde a qualidade das ilustrações.Quanto ao conteúdo, é precioso, muito válido, pois nas reuniões remotas/virtuais é muito mais difícil conquistar uma audiência e manter o envolvimento das pessoas. É uma caixa de ferramentas muito útil!!

If you're bored with breakout rooms, on-line pools and electronic whiteboards, then there are some great ideas and case studies in this helpful book.
