I purchased this and I screwed up the installation the first time. My mistake was letting the adhesive flow too far after tipping the jig (below the circle - WATCH THEIR INSTALLATION VIDEO). This caused some of the adhesive fluid to flow off the phone screen at the bottom edge, and so the adhesive did not flow all the way to the top edge of the screen (top edge did not have adhesive under the glass). Fortunately, this product comes with 2 protectors. I corrected my mistake the second time, and it went perfectly. This screen protector is FABULOUS: - NO air bubbles - looks BEAUTIFUL - glass attached firmly - fingerprint reader works really well -- i did not have to re-register finger prints -- I didn't even have to turn on the "extra" touch sensitivity - the glass resists smudging and finger oils I am VERY VERY happy with this system. Yes, it's expensive, but in my opinion totally worth it. At first, I put one of those $15 glass screen protectors on my S21 5G, and it was SO frustrating because the finger print reader was VERY hit or miss. It world work OK a few times, and then fail maybe 5 or 6 times in a row. It failed frequently enough that I saw the "try your bio metric reader again in 30 seconds" message several times a day. I have not seen that message even once since I installed this screen protector. AMEN!!

At first the installation is very daunting, but I found this a lot easier than trying to align a regular screen protector. I am not the brightness person but I was able to install this perfectly! Just watch the videos a couple times and take your time. The finger sensor works perfectly for me. You have to turn on sensitive for screen protectors in settings and redo the finger print. I think it takes time for screen protector to adjust on the phone after installation, because the sensor worked a lot better the next day. It comes with enough products to do two installations including 2 screen protectors. You cover the ports with stickers, clean the screen, put it in the case, add the top case including absorber pads, put the bridge on to hold the glue, release the glue, add a tab at the top of the case, place the screen protector on, add on the weight, align the glue to the guide on the weight, release the tab and the screen protector will drop onto the glue. After setting it with the UV light it is ready to go! Important tips: your surface NEEDS to be level, because there is a step where you need to align the glue to the correct spot. Aligning the tape provided to cover the ports correctly to avoid the adhesive getting in there. I had minimum spill over. I will update when the time comes I drop it on accident.

I had have used this brand for my S10, the installation was not easy, but doable, and I love it. Got myself the S21 and wanted the same protector screen. I looked for videos online, find out 1 for a S21 Ultra, the phones are different, but, looking at the steps in the video there were a couple new steps when compare to the S10 installation, so I didn't feel so afraid to do it. What I didn't like: - I do believe that some instructions, and, other components were missing from my box. On the big piece of paper they mention look at the other instructions, there were no other instructions. Searching online, someone mention another piece of paper, smaller, that contained more instructions. - Instructions didn't reference products that were in the box, for example the heavy object that it is place on top of the screen. This is were the other piece of paper comes into play. -Website doesn't contain any training material (to read or video) for Samsung S21, only S20 and others. - Box only came with 1 alcohol pad, and, 1 set of the adsorbed white pieces(goes between your phone and the main box). - They ask you to be on a plain surface, but, the main base is designed to til backwards so you can move the adhesive from the initial position. - I don't like that we needed to move the adhesive. I commented that I watch a video for S21 Ultra, the adhesive for the S21 ultra needed to be left at the initial position, and, the base had a mechanic base that pushed the adhesive and screen better. There is a huge difference in equipment when compare to the S21+/Ultra. At the end, I was not able to successfully install the screen. I feel that the equipment for the S21 is reused from older versions (the entire format), while for S21+/Ultra, they got better, or more up to date, equipment and process.

He probado micas de esta marca para dispositivos galaxy, ninguna vez he tenido problemas a la hora de la instalación, pero con esta en particular ya van 3 veces que me piden instalarla y siempre hay dificultades, el pegamento no llega a todas las esquinas y el cristal no se adhiere bien. Por eso menciono que el que es para el S21 está mal diseñado, es el único que me ha causado problemas a la hora de instalarlo y en ocasiones (2 - 3) el material incluido no era suficiente y tuve que gastar más (ya que intentaba poner la mica una y otra vez, porque el pegamento no cubre toda la mica y no se adhiere bien. No compren este producto, les dará problemas

Ich habe das Produkt hier über Amazon bestellt und sehr schnell erhalten. Meine Wahl ist auf dieses Produkt gefallen weil es eine der wenigen Tempered Glas Lösungen für das S21 die mit Kompatibilität für den Ultraschall Fingerabdruckscanner werben. Vor der Installation habe ich das Video vom Hersteller via Youtube zweimal geschaut. Damit ließ sich die Montage auch problemlos durchführen. Das Problem, dass zu wenig Klebstoff enthalten ist und dieser nicht komplett unter das Glas läuft hatte ich nicht. Nach dem Einschalten konnte ich das Telefon direkt mit dem Fingerabdruck entsperren, ich musste aber etwas länger draufdrücken als gewohnt. Ich habe dann die Sensitivitätsanpassung für Displayschutz in den Einstellungen aktiviert und die Fingerabdrücke neu angelernt. Damit funktioniert wieder alles wie ich es von der original installierten Folie gewohnt war. Der Halt der Folie wirkt auch erstmal gut, es gibt keine überstehenden Ränder, etc. Ich bin also erstmal sehr zufrieden und bereue es nicht den vergleichsweise etwas höheren Preis investiert zu haben.

Déjà utilisé sur mon Huawei P20, jamais eu besoin de changé la protection comme une verre trempé classique. Aujourd'hui sur mon S21 où le capteur d'emprunte est sur l'écran, aucun problème il fonctionne très bien. certes l'installation nécessite d'être au calme de prendre son temps mais une fois posé rien à dire. Im Set waren zwei Gläser dabei, die beide sich leider nicht anbringen ließen. Grund hierfür war, dass sich der UV Kleber nicht vollständig verteilt hat. Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich, da es wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll ist die Ware wieder nach Großbritannien zu schicken. Daher rate ich extrem da vorab dieses Produkt über den Import zu beziehen.

This product scared me when I read the installation instructions. I never had a screen protector that cost £25 before and came with its own UV curing light. I was worried about getting the installation wrong, ending up with dust under it, with it crooked, or with a phone covered with adhesive. I watched the video installation guide several times, as recommended, and made sure all parts of the kit fitted together as expected before I started. I got to the point of pulling the pin and watched the adhesive spread out under the glass in a perfect circle until it reached the edges. Perfect. Not a blemish. I had tested the UV before I started and plugged it in to make sure it was charged, so I unplugged it and pressed the button. And it wouldn't come on. A frantic hunt around the house produced a longer micro USB cable and thankfully the light did work when plugged in. I guess the light has a small battery and it wasn't working. Luckily, this small hiccup hasn't prevented one of the most perfect looking screen protector installations I've done. So, I turned the phone on and none of the fingerprints would work. So, I re-registered them and now they do. Reports that it doesn't work, at least in my case, were unfounded - it works fine. Very happy with this. Worth the money.
