Z23-1 eraser refill doesn't exist anywhere. Some people said the Z2-1N fits but it doesn't. anybody figured out what the correct eraser refill is?

Hello consumer!
Please note the Z2-1 (long) and Z3-1 (short) eraser refills have both been discontinued and replaced with item Z2-1N.  This eraser fits all pencils that previously used the discontinued items.

How difficult is it to remove the pocket clip?

I have never removed the clip, but I think it would be hard to do so because the pencil is well made.

i have lost the cap for the eraser for my  "Kerry " pencil can i get a replacement cap?

I bought my .05mm Black Sharp Kerry in 1972 as I was going through Engineering school and needed it for Engineering Graphics.  Years later, the cap was scratched severely and the point of the pencil had lost a small bushing that added friction to the lead (otherwise, when I pushed the cap to advance the lead, it would simply fall out of the nozzle.  I wrote to Pentel stating this, and they wrote back thanking me for my loyalty and sending me the bottom nose piece, and a new cap with new eraser.  A very good reliable company that sells precise and durable writing instruments.  I’ve since bought a 0.7mm Blue Sharp Kerry, and the only difference I see between that one and the 1972 model, is that the older one included a “needle” attached to the inside of the lead cap to be used as a “ram rod” for displacing broken crushed lead that became stuck  in the nose piece.
