Perfect unit

Unit uses a toroidal (donut) transformer. Used for 6 straight hours without getting too hot than usual. No humming noises, which is a plus if you are using antiques.

suitable functionally but inadequate plug position with obstruction of cable

The device is working functionally fine, but the design of the plug near/close to the power cable , makes it difficult to plug in any device as the cable is obstructing the suitable fit.
