Why am I waiting so long for it to be delivered when I'm a Prime customer

Maybe is shipped from a seller and not fulfilled by Amazon, many perfumes and cosmetic fall under this category. Sometime even Amazon prime doesn't deliver in the promised 2 days...

Does the lavender smell soft like a clean fresh scent or herbal?

Soft....it's a fresh scent. People are always complimenting me on it. It smells very good. Not over powering at all but strong enough to be your signature scent.

I'd this certified with nsf?

I doubt it. There is not NSF certified logo neither on the bottle or the box . I don't believe is organic either because that logo is also absent. Check here on Amazon "NSF certified under fragrances and perfumes. P.S. an excellent brand of certified organic all natural perfumes is "Acorelle Perfumes" . They truly good.
