You use it on your lips. It moisturizes your lips and... it really works. If you use lipstick, put it on before that. My lips were so dry they would crack; it was painful. I've been using this for a few years now and love it. I don't have to use chap stick or anything like that. And, it literally takes only a TINY bit to spread on your lips.
