yes it does, this one is 08471-35810-B0, there is a new part 08471-35820-B0 that also fits.the one that doesn't fit is 08471-35801-B0

Does this Fit a 2010 fj cruiser?

It has been a while since i purchased my armrest I know there is two different model armrests, what i don't remember is what model fits what year .

Yep. It is black. As far as I know ALL FJ interior colors for seats etc are black. I don't think there was ever another interior color scheme besides black.
