Nice Thickness
Nice thickness, works well when the surface is clean and dry with spray glue, the wet expansion method works best.

Good value. Precise dimensions. Does the job.
Great quality, great packaging, and exactly as described. The dimensions are accurate and the cuts are precise - this was the most important factor for me. It did take a while for the colored ones to return to their original size after unboxing vs the black ones. About 48 hours vs a few hours, but when they did it was a perfect cut square and the the dimensions were exact. You can always speed up the reshaping process with a hair drier. I would buy this brand again simply due to dimensional accuracy, but the price was hard to beat for how many panels you receive. Best of all, no more echo in the basement.

Effective, but Packaging Causes Minor Deformation
TL;DR:The Acoustic Panels are effective in improving acoustic conditions, but the packaging used for shipping can cause minor deformation. While this doesn't significantly affect their functionality, it results in the panels not being perfectly square.Review:The Acoustic Panels are a popular choice for improving acoustic conditions in various settings. They offer effective sound absorption and help reduce echoes and reverberations. One of the standout advantages of these panels is their effectiveness in improving acoustic environments. They absorb sound waves and minimize reflections, resulting in better sound clarity and a more controlled audio experience. Whether you're setting up a home studio, a home theater, or a recording room, these panels can make a noticeable difference. However, it's important to note that the packaging used for shipping can cause minor deformation in the panels. This can result in the panels not being perfectly square, which may be a concern for those seeking precise and uniform panel placement. While this deformation doesn't significantly affect their functionality or sound absorption capabilities, it is worth considering if aesthetics and exact panel dimensions are important to you.Despite the minor deformation caused by the packaging, these acoustic panels are still effective in improving sound quality and reducing unwanted reflections. Their installation is straightforward, and they can be easily mounted on walls or ceilings using adhesive or other suitable methods. In terms of design and aesthetics, the panels have a versatile appearance that can blend well with various room decors. The size and thickness of the panels contribute to their effectiveness in absorbing sound waves and minimizing unwanted reflections. In summary, the Acoustic Panels offer effective sound absorption and contribute to better acoustic environments. While the packaging used for shipping may cause minor deformation and result in the panels not being perfectly square, their functionality and sound absorption capabilities are not significantly affected. If precise panel dimensions are not a priority, these panels can be a valuable addition to your acoustic setup.Pros:- Effective sound absorption for improved acoustic environments- Reduces echoes and reverberations, enhancing sound clarity- Versatile appearance that blends well with various room decorsCons:- Packaging may cause minor deformation, resulting in panels not being perfectly square

Adhesive/installation issues.
Let these ones sit for an extra 2 days. Haven't poofed up. Adhesive provided isn't strong enough/doesn't work correctly. Can't really smell it.

Disappointed
These came packed so tight that at first I didn’t think it was possible for their to be 24 panels in each bag (I opted for burgundy and black). I knew right then this was a bad sign. Good sound dampening pass have to have some thickness to them or sound travels easily through especially in a room with vaulted ceilings. I put up 12 in a small area of the studio to try (I knew I was wasting my time however maybe this is new technology or something I was hoping) used a db reader (56.9 ambient with radio on and my microphone (mxl 770) ,half circle stand dampener plus ,Pre voice pop filter as wellI’ve been having issues with an echo in the area where my booth is. I have been recording for over 18 years and no specifics and solutions to issues. This issue needed sound dampening to 100% fix it after changing different levels on the computer, still having a minor amount of echo noticeable. After covering enough square footage to at least make some impact I’ve checked with my decibel reader, and it was exactly the same reading, 56.9. Absolutely no change in the amount of Echo whatsoever so I added 12 more pads to the ceiling and then doubled up so now I have 24 ft.² of coverage. The rest is all protected by microphone dampeners and 56.9 dB reading and exactly the same amount of echoes still, at this point, I have to decide do I add more thickness which is what I know I need or do I cover more surface area based on the room? I know it’s the thickness that I need because the rest of the area is isolated with dampening cloth, so I added all the rest of the pads which gave me a quad layer. Still at 56.9 dB and finally a reduction in echo by about 15% to 23% fluctuations so now I have almost 4 1/2 5 inches of foam sticking out off the wall. It’s unrealistic for the space that I need. Obviously I needed one panel per square foot and more surface area covered but because these are so thin and sound travels through them. The amount of layering needed is so much that you’re better off buying a higher quality product, and it’s definitely gonna cost more but don’t waste your time layering up your whole room with one layer because at the end you’re going to find out that there has been no noise reduction so hopefully I save some people some time and hassle because that would be a huge bummer to buy a large amount of these to do an entire room which was my plan but I wanted to get a smaller amount first to test them and I’m glad I did. Each color before on locking the air out of the bag was about 1 1/2 inches in thickness packed so they were completely smashed together. When you open the packaging to let them breathe there’s deer formations on the corners of all of them, therefore, eliminating the ability to use minimal amount of mounting tape And requiring you to use mounting tape for the entire border definitely not studio quality but for the price honestly I should’ve known better so I’m somewhat embarrassed, and would like to save that embarrassment for anyone else out there

In house music studio
The media could not be loaded. This was a birthday suprise for the Kingman. He definitely loves it. I would recommend getting the acoustic foam spray to attach them. They kept falling off the double sided stick ones because the ac vent blows directly towards that room. Once I used the spray on glue, they stayed
