Many of the capsules seem so stuffed the contents were kind of coming out all over. Not a deal breaker by any means, just an observation. I am not too pleased with the qty. A one month supply is not much, looking for a two month version. But the ingredients, just great. I have taken other multi's and this is my first run at taking one that is plant based and does not have all those crazy ingredients in it. Too soon to tell on that front, but I do feel better, likely placebo at this point, but I will take what I can get.

The type of each vitamin in this multivitamin is the best I have found. In addition to what makes up the vitamin list, which is beyond impressive, this one of the few capsules made with good, safe ingredients, no toxic chemicals. Do your own research, then you will see this is the multivitamin you need and want.
