Doctor WhoOfficial Vortex Manipulator Replica Watch, LCD/Brown, Futuristic

I bought this for my 11-year-old son for his birthday. I know almost zero about Dr. Who so I can't comment on the accuracy with the watch in the show. The wristband feels really nice; not fake or vinyl-ly; soft and pliable. The craftsmanship seems decent and It came with a battery. It is definitely NOT junk. It's not a Movado, but it's a good, fun watch. The band is big enough that this watch should fit him for quite a few years; until he outgrows the wrist band, or outgrows Dr. Who, whichever comes first. (Okay, I have friends who would say, "One never outgrows Dr. Who! So I suppose I should say that he will have this watch until he outgrows the band. LOL)

It appears to be similar to the one for "kids", that has a button that lights up and a simple 6 second "whooshig" sound effect as you get pulled into the Vortex. It is made of nice "pleather" and seems to have a watchband just like most watches. The clock part is a simple two button digital clock as you would expect with date and time. It buttons closed nicely. Nice enough, but doesn't come with a SonicScrewdriver ;-)

It's cool and all and nice to have just to say I have itThe sound button works but the clock/watch part doesn't which I'm sure is an easy fix but for 40 bucks I feel like it should have all come working. Slightly disappointed

Ordered this and it was delivered with damaged packaging. If you are giving as a gift, order it by itself. The item itself is adorable and was perfect for her. She has a fun time playing pretend with her Vortex Manipulator and Sonic Screwdriver (not included with this, we purchased separately). It was a Christmas present for my son. He really loved it. It is of pretty good quality too. I wasn't sure it would be as a toy, but was happy to see it. The other thing that surprised me is the size of the band, it was adjustable out to a what I would call a med adult wrist.

Bought this for Christmas for my nine year old grandson.He was able to program it by himself.I got rave reviews from him and mom and dad.

As a prop its great, looks the part and fits pretty comfortably. It's just built like a toy but is still of good quality.

Das Leder ist gut verarbeitet. Wobei ich es schöner gefunden hätte wenn der Deckel auch komplett zu lösen wäre. Es gehen nur 2 von 4 Druckknöpfe auf. Die Elektronik war bei mir nach dem auspacken direkt kaputt. Ist wohl ein produktionsproblem.Kontakt zum Verkäufer aufgenommen u d zusammen. An dem Problem gearbeitet. Ersatzlieferung bekommen funktioniert. Super. Für die Uhr würde ich normal nur 3,5 Sterne geben. Aber bei dem super Kundenservice gebe ich die vollen 5 Sterne. Diese wurden sich echt verdient.

Unfortunately, I have been given a dud battery, however at the beginning the sound and light did work, but the time didn’t so I swapped the battiest and after many attempts I have managed to set the time and date correctly, only problem is batteries

Was very happy to finally receive this, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I've tried with the batteries that it came supplied with, and with new batteries, and it doesn't turn on at all. No sounds, no light, and nothing on the little display.

it was worth the wait, but it was way too expensive and came with dead batteries.
