I bought this because I wanted a strong and well-made alternative to the metal core washing lines. It is a very satisfactory alternative: very pliable, easy to cut with ordinary scissors, yet solidly constructed, and it didn't unravel at the point where I cut it. Also noticed that unlike the hard surface plastic washing lines, this one goes not bead with rain drops to anything like the same degree. It still benefits from a quick flick before pegging clothes after rain. The pegging too is easier because of the pliability of this 4mm line.

My 100m spool got send in a paper bag. DHL once again thought it was necessary to play soccer with packages. Upon opening the entire spool fel to the ground. Completely useless untill i might be able to sort or the entire length of the spool.. €35 down the drain..
