Australian Gold Plant Based Spf 30 Lotion, 6 ounces

This is the best sunscreen I have ever tried. It is light and absorbs very easily into the skin. It leaves a nice, gently matte, glow (not greasy at all); Despite how light it feels, the coverage is phenomenal and sweat-proof, which is surprising because most sunscreens this protective are very thick to the touch and feel like sludge when applying. Also, an extra surprise: The smell is not only heavenly, but also not overwhelming (like most sunscreens). I will not be buying any other sunscreens other than this one after this. Highly Recommend! Note: I only use this on my body, so I can't say whether it transfers/irritates the eyes.

This is my third time buying it. It wont leave you white streaks, you feel hydrated when you put it, scent is nice and not overpowering. And its cruelty free and you can swim in the ocean/sea with it. I want to try a higher spf but I'm very happy with this one :)

My favorite sunscreen. I always got complemented on the scent. Rubbed in fine. Worked well. I miss it but can't seem to find it anymore online or in stores.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I live in Southern New Mexico. First I would never put this on my face. I always use an SPF sunscreen with tint of the same brand name. Seems to make a difference on the protective qualities. I wear it all day with no sunburn. This sunscreen basically has no smell. Has great coverage and disappears. I will definitely buy this again when I begin to run out.

Pros: the top 3 benefits for me are that it doesn't dry out my skin, it doesn't make my eyes red, burn and water and it's 70 spf. I'm in my early 50s and my skin is very dry. I used to use the tinted version but it dried out my skin and would burn my eyes towards the afternoon. My eyes are very sensitive to chemicals. With all other sunscreens I have tried (many, many reasonably priced options) my eyes become irritated. I had started to avoid wearing sunscreen by either covering up or staying out of the sun. I'm so glad I found a sunscreen with high spf, that nourishes my skin, isn't irritating and I can wear every day. Cons: the shine. My husband said I glistened. It's not oily looking. It's glossy, like shiny dry clear paint. I'm neutral about it. My skin care is simple and I don't wear makeup often. The smell- not a pro or a con for me. the coconut smells more like baked or toasted coconut not fresh like traditional sunscreen. It's a little sweet. It doesn't bother me and I am sensitive to powerful smells.

I originally tried this when I found it at a grocery store and I loved it so I decided to get it through here when I found it for a decent price. The shipper did a great job at making sure that it would not leak or get squished in shipping. The item works so much better than some of the other brands out there and I have sensitive skin and have had no issues with it. I also get sunburned easily normally so this product has been excellent at keeping me from getting burned. I highly recommend it.

Love this sunscreen. It smells different from the typical Australian gold scent but is still very pleasant. I hope they continue to make this because it’s becoming harder to find.
