Deliciously fantastic spice mix
Deliciously fantastic spice mix! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the fact that the salt content is super low makes me super happy given that I love to make healthy low sodium meals. I actually used this to make some New Orleans style Cajun Chicken and it was like eating it on the bayou. It makes me even more excited to purchase every spice made by Legion of Spice as they give 10% of their profits to charity which is so altruistic for such a small manufacturer. Another great spice mix from the Legion. I bought this with the Black and Bluesy and I honestly don't know which one I like more. Both go great on everything.Tonight, this is getting mixed in with some gumbo. "All Hail Flavor!" is right!

I am very happy I purchased this item! The Bayou Black spice tastes and smells great! The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. I used the Bayou Black with chicken with a side of carrots,quinoa & peas. Delicious!
