Instant Effects3D Lip Plumping Treatment, 0.17 oz (IE3DLBB)

I had first purchased this in Copenhagen, and used it daily for about 3 months. There is enough product in the tube to use 1-2x per day for 3 months. The fact that it really works was made quite clear to me when I ran out of product and after a couple of weeks, my lips did not look as plump. I was grateful to find this on Amazon so I could continue using it and right away the plumpness I'd gotten used to was restored. This product makes a visible difference. It definitely smooths out surface; there is some plumping/filling on the surface for sure, and with daily use my lips just appear overall a little bit bigger too, and redder, but without the stinging of other plumping products. And you can use this outside of the lip line- it helps smooth out those vertical lines above upper lip- and it doesn't turn my skin red or irritate it in any way, and my skin is pretty sensitive. I have now purchased it twice from Amazon, and both times it came with a package insert that gives tips on what to expect and how to use it for problems like un-even lips, but no instructions on how to dispense, so read on. The insert suggests you take a selfie before application and then a couple of minutes afterwards. I see a big difference. I don't know if it really lasts 4 days, as I use it daily, but when I use it in the morning, it lasts all day. The only problem with the product is that is doesn't come with instructions of operating the dispenser. I had my first tube for weeks, the brush was drying out and I was in the act of tossing it when I noticed the button on the end- you click it to get more product on the brush. I cannot find that simple instruction anywhere inside our outside of the product package! I also have figured out that many short clicks may not dispense product- click and hold for a couple of seconds, once or twice and while holding a droplet of product appears in the center of the brush. As far as how much to apply, you want to see the subtle sheen on the entire treatment area but you don't want to apply it thick like a lip gloss. When flying, the cabin pressure does cause the brush to be quite saturated with product, and when that happens I apply lightly to bottom lip and then spread out with my finger- that way I don't get gooey lip-gloss effect and don't waste any product. With the right amount of product, it absorbs in a few minutes and you can put lipstick over it- it does say on the tube and package to wait a couple of minutes, which I do. I use several different brands of liquid lipstick and this works with all of them. On no-make-up days, this enhances the appearance of my lips enough to not need any lip color, where before I found this product, I would add some color to my lips even if not wearing make-up. This is a fabulous product that I do not want to be without, so glad I gave it a chance and figured out how to operate the tube!

I am disappointed! The description stated was that the product would work in minutes and last 4 days. The product didnt work the first time so I applied it again and 2 days later it still didn't work. How could you advertise this product with a description such as the above. I am so upset as I was looking foward to useing it, but then was let down.

Didn't really plump that well

Give it a couple applications and about fifteen minutes and you'll see some nice results. But you can get similar results from Extreme Plump XL by Sexy Mother Pucker (yes, that's it's real name!) at half the price. One advantage of the Instant Effects product over the Extreme Plump product is the lack of that annoying tingle and numbness you get from most other plumpers. Overall, a keeper product.

I am going to revise my first comment. This product takes time to work but it really does work. I can’t believe it and I am someone that has my lips injected every two years. This is the only product I have ever tried that really works and I have tried everything under $75. Be patient and apply a few times daily for a couple days.Ordered this on another website and loved it because it really worked. Ordered here and it does not plump. Very disappointed.

This is the best Lip Plumper ever! No burning sensation, doesn't sting and the effects are exactly what I need. The only problem is the applicator.You have to turn and pump the container many times before it reaches the brush with every use. Because I love it, I am willing to deal with it.

Even though there is a button to push more product to the tip to use, mine ran out after only 3 applications! After 3 applications, I couldn't get anymore product to come out. Perhaps I just got a defect, but I will probably not reorder.

Was a smoker for years and as aging process took over lines above top lip noticeable. This product quite effective. And lips look more youthful.

The new dispenser design is better, but the product is not working as well as before. Perhaps the ingredients have changed? It used to really plump lips visibly, not anymore, just a not of shine, which any other lip product can do. If you changed the formula, please return to the previous one, otherwise its mot worth buying again. Shame, I really loved it

Price was good but product does not activate as it should which is most infuriating suppose to blur wrinkles it doesn't.

This product made no difference to my lips at all. I gave 5 stars for flavour...it has none which is a big plus for me. However, not a single change to lips and packaging was badly dented so had I wanted it for a gift, I could not of passed it on. Also says lipstick lasts longer.....I followed instructions and all it did for me was make it more difficult to apply lipstick. It just slides off. Very disappointed as really wanted this to work. Not a cheap product to sit in a drawer unused
