I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical about these when I ordered them, but my work had just given me a $25 Amazon gift card, so I figured why not take a chance and see how they are. Worse case scenario I don't love them, and it's easy enough to return and use the gifted money for something else. Whelp, upon arrival I was first surprised with their weight. They just felt like a quality product that would hold up over time and didn't feel like some rinky dink cheap tinfoil like product. I went out to install, and first realized that the gas pedal was an extremely simple one. Because the Explorer ST has a floor mounted gas pedal (it doesn't have a rubber pad like most cars, or like the brake pedal on the ST does), it simply fits snugly over the existing pedal. I tried all sorts of things to get the cover to come loose or get disoriented while it was mounted and it simply didn't budge. The brake pedal was a different story. Removing the factory rubber padding is required, and the new one then replaces it completely over the metal pedal itself. IT IS A SNUG FIT. As others have mentioned, I let the pedal rest in hot water for about 10 minutes to loosen up the rubber a bit. It's kind of awkward getting down there, but it's you finally get it all locked in right, it is 100% not going anywhere. My girlfriend, who doesn't care much about this stuff, said that they looked good, and when she drove it said they felt no different than the factory pedals. 10/10 recommend these for anyone just looking to do something simple to add a little bit of style to their Explorer ST.

Honestly way better than I thought. My wife is very happy with them after I installed them in her ST. They’re well made, fit tight and secure, and definitely give better grip to the foot. And they certainly look much better than OEM ones!

The accelerator cover goes on fairly easy, the brake covers different, you have to take the existing cover off the break then WORK the the new cover on it takes a minute to get on, but it looks nice after you get them on

Fits 2025 Ford Explorer ST It's a hot summer day and my packages were also hot. I installed almost immediately and took all of 5 minutes. They give and better look over the stock, basic black look and I don't notice a difference in the pedal grip. I was mostly concerned with the fit of the brake pedal cover, but it holds firmly and very secure. The gas pedal cover doesn't feels as equally secure, but it is a tight fit and I don't think it going to come off easily. If you have any difficulties installing, DO NOT USE ANY LUBRICANT! Oils have a tendency to change the form of rubber and it will likely make these covers expand a little. Vaseline or anything like it will make them too slippery. DO NOT use a screwdriver or any type of prying tool. You might create a superficial tear and also cause the pedal cover to fit or wear poorly. If you really cant get them on, I would suggest soaking them in hot tap water for a few minutes. It snows where I live and will likely remove them once it starts to fall. I imagine the salt will do some damage to the coating and it's not worth damaging them. I am very happy with these and am hoping for many years worth of use. Recommended.

Bought these for my ST as I felt the aesthetics were a little lacking in the interior. I had the same style of pedals in Mustang GT and was super happy to find them for my Explorer. The are relative simple to install, the OEM brake pedal pad comes of easily and the new pad slips on to the brake pedal hardware. It should be noted that I heated the new pad up with a hairdryer to soften the rubber and used petroleum gel as a lubricant to slide the new pad on. The gas pedal pad slides over the existing one and has small rub nuns on the edges that help secure it to the OEM pedal. Took over 15 mins to install and looks great. Definitely should have been a factory installed option.

Was truly ecstatic when they arrived. Something I felt the Explorer ST was missing for having all the bells and whistles was something as simple as the aluminum petals. The manufacture put a lot of thought and care into the design of them. The fit was perfect and they look as if they’re OEM. A few others have mentioned the break petal being more challenging to install - this is true. A trick that doesn’t involve any additional resources is beginning by placing the top left corner over the bare petal, then stretching the bottom left corner on, and the other half will be far easier to install from that point. The quality of drive improves significantly once installed. The black lines are actually raised TPE/high quality poly rubber and feel better under the shoe. Still surprised Ford didn’t have an upgrade option for these. I will be purchasing a second set as a backup in case something were to ever happen to mine. Thank you for making my car feel more like the way I wished it came. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever left. Cheers.
