Excellent Customer Support
I can't say enough about this company, or their products. The Hive components they produce are simply amazing. So simple to use, and the insulation is definitely the right thing to do for your bees, if you live in an area was potentially harsh winters. Honestly, though, the best thing about this purchase was the customer support. As a novice I had some questions that I couldn't find the answers for, so I called their customer support number. A human being actually answered the phone and addressed my issue immediately. That doesn't happen anymore. No menu, no voicemail, the call directly to a human being. And not just any human being, a human being who knew what they were doing and was able to solve my issue almost immediately.
