The built-in signal meter makes this LNB very easy to set up - so much easier than messing with separate signal meters. Very impressed, and the picture quality is great too.

Straight swap for my failing LNB. Needs care to align but easy enough using old one as reference. Great signal and picture quality despite low price, looks sturdy enough to last another 10 years ( unlike me)

I started losing channels on my freesat receiver, particularly in the bad weather. I bout this ready to replace and suddenly all my channels came back so it sat in the drawer for a few weeks until I lost some channels again. Specifically chose this unit as the diameter of the body was right for the mount on my old dish. Took the old one off, noting the rotation. The old one was full of water which explained the loss of channels! The mount had some little plastic lugs that located into the body of the original unit, so I had to trim those back with a knife to get this to fit. This is why I knocked a star off the install rating. I lined it up roughly where I thought it should be in relation to the old one (The little scale on the unit did not line up with any markers on the mount, so I had to guess a little). Connected it up, powered on and the led's indicated full signal straight away. All channels working perfectly.

Does exactly what it says in the instructions,connect cable to LMB and signal finder lights up full when good signal found, really easy to use . Only one thing to note is that if replacing one of a sky dish the diameter is larger so you will need a longer screw or maybe even use a jubilee clip to hold in place.

I have had 3 of these and not one worked. Either the power led didnt illuminate or all the blue leds lit up regardless of signal. Just unlucky??? Should have no stars but had to give it one.

Ho montato questo illuminatore al posto dell'originale SKY HD (disdetto) e non più funzionante per ricevere i canali TV SAT utilizzando la parabola che mi è stata lasciata da Sky stesso. Quindi non l'ho spostata minimamente in quanto già orientata verso il satellite Hot Bird. Montaggio semplicissimo con due sole viti e stop! Ho effettuato una nuova ricerca canali e ne sono "entrati" più di 1200. Canali Rai e Mediaset tutti perfettamente visibili, senza disturbi anche di sera e nelle giornate di maltempo.
