Locktite recommendation
I own several knives and was happy to add this to my collection. It is obvious that the big nuts come loose in time. What I did and recommend as others have is use locktite to lessen or probably eliminate this problem. Use BLUE Locktite STICK. BLUE Locktite is designed to lock the threads but can still be taken apart if needed. RED Locktite provides a locking bond that is similar to welding so it is extremely or impossible to take apart again. The reason I recommend the STICK is it goes on like chapstick, not runny. Liquid Locktite is runny and could cause the bladder to be difficult to open a close. The process I used is I removed one nut at a time, took my blue Locktite stick applied the Locktite to the nut threads in 4 places, quarter spacing. Screwed the nut back on making sure I didn't cross thread it. Repeating on the other side. Per Locktite, cure time is 48hrs.

My husband loves this, he carries with his keys everyday

Blade lock
The locking mechanism for the blade is awful. Any amount of pressure causes the blade to start to collapse even if in the locked position. This blade is not secure enough to do any amount of work that pushes against the blade lock

Good Design but Need Improvement
The knife is the right size and design for my use. However, it isn't 100% safe -- the blade won't hold its positions when open (half open and full open). If there are a locking mechanism to hold the positions and a mechanism to protect the holding finger, it will be perfect.

Extremely handy keychain carabiner.
I love this product. I'm a fan of CRKT and this carabiner was just what I needed. It replaces my EDC knife for many situations. Blade is extremely sharp and the build is well-machined. Feels great in the hand when held with index finger in the hole. The only (slight) con I have is: I wish the carabiner clip had more resistance when opening. It does not require very much pressure to open the clip, and in theory could see key rings falling off if another object put pressure on the clip. Having said that, I've never had anything fall off of it. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. Great product, would buy again.

Disappointment
I am a long time fan of CRKT; I have purchased many a knife and tool. It’s a beautiful knife, but it’s aesthetics versus functionality here. Number one: The blade when opened clicks into a 45 and 90° angle, but it doesn’t lock which means whatever opposing force you have is going to reverse your blade back down into your fingers causing severe harm/dismemberment. Number 2: It’s a carabiner! it should connect to my belt clip and accompany some keys, but the design makes the opening of the blade incompatible with the key ring.

Optikkauf...
