A Great Option for Solar Bulbs!
With inflation and rising prices on EVERYTHING, I've been trying to get the husband on-board with saving money around the house. I've been looking at solar-powered bulbs for awhile, and I almost went with a different kind. With the $4 coupon on this product, it came out to about $12.50 per bulb after my location's tax. Over time, I think we will get our money's worth. We also live an hour away from a Gulf Coast beach, so I feel much better having these on hand for hurricane season! I hung a few in the kitchen when cooking dinner the night they came in, and it gets the job done. It's not the brightest, but I can see everything I need to. It works best though as a flashlight for those mid-night bathroom breaks LOL! I was under the assumption that you could screw one of these bulbs into a lamp, and it would use the solar power that has been charged, however, I tested this last night by unplugging my lamp and switching it on; the bulb did not work in that case. Maybe I'm missing something and it detects when there's a power-outage and will work then? I'm not 100% sure. Nonetheless, I enjoy the thought of having light without using power. Makes me wonder what else we can go solar on. These are a great option for solar bulbs.

Definitely recommend for when there power goes out.
Was a lifesaver during the ice storm when we were out of power for a week and running on a generator.

Handy for places with no electricity and you want light
Works definitely like I was expecting them too. I have a decorative pond in my backyard however there’s no electricity near it and I wanted lighting. I built pretty light fixtures and screw these in. Now I have a lighted pond all evening and no electricity needed. Win!

Disappointing
Terrible does not stay on for more than 10 minutes, I placed it under die text sunlight for 1 entire day and it lasted 10 minutes..super disappointed

50/50 review
Great for use. Love the solar option and that in a pinch you don't exactly need the adapter to turn on. But the draw back I had was that even though it says it can be used in a lamp it did not work in my lamp without power. Don't know if there was another adapter that was not in my packaging or not.
