Recently got back into fishing again, bought this cheaper reel for a spare rod and it has become my first reel. Feels sturdy when in use, previously have had expensive reels and this is in my top 3. Have purchased a second reel for a friend who is beginning to learn how to fish. Simple to use, construction is not complex and some free line too. Worth the chance for the everyday fisher or the beginner.

Good quality reel, nice and solid. I find it very smooth and strong, very appealing to look at. With some cheap reels, I find they move backwards when reeling in.. this doesn't move at all, would definitely recommend, absolutely fantastic for the price. Got for My partner who's fishing mad.
