Lenor Beads Gold Orchid

I’ve tried a few laundry scent boosters over the years, but the Lenor Laundry Perfume Scent Booster in Gold Orchid is easily the best of the lot. The fragrance is rich, warm, and instantly recognisable, and it leaves clothes smelling beautifully fresh for ages. One thing I’ve learned is that these work far better when air-drying. In winter, I dry my clothes on a heated maiden, and it really helps to retain the perfume scent. Tumble drying tends to weaken or remove most of the fragrance, but air-drying keeps it strong. The bonus is that the whole house fills with the lovely Gold Orchid scent while the clothes dry — it’s like having a built-in air freshener. I picked up the 6-pack (6 x 155g) while it was on offer, and it turned out to be fantastic value. Each tub lasts longer than you’d expect, especially if you use the recommended amount. It’s the sort of product you don’t realise you’ve been missing until you try it and can’t go back. Does exactly as it says on the label. Big tub can seem a bit expensive but it works, so well worth it. This one is our family favourite. Clothes smell fresh for days after.

Washing smells great but after a while of using these my washing machine began to STINK like someone had pooped in the machine. I had it checked out after I cleaned the machine multilayer times. The washing machine technician said that these leave a residue between the drum and the casing and it attracts dirt/scum and it begins to smell. I put the washing machine on a 90' with some soda crystals and bicarb and it seems to have done the trick. I wont be using them again.

This is my favourite scent! I’m actually impressed this giant bottle lasts us more than a month and my washing machine works overtime with the constant washing with kids!

Love the smell of this and how long it lasts after washing, definitely a good investment!

I use only a third of the cup but it still leaves a lasting fresh scent on the clothes after drying.
