Biggest Amazon don't buy ever
I seriously was upset that I got a crappy razor, that worked one time for my husband and then would not charge battery wouldn't do nothing so you know what I tried to get a refund for my 799 and these people at Amazon tell me after I was already told an issue of a credit would be issued to me within 24 hours not getting that credit I contact them again, and informed after being on chat hold for over 30 minutes and then having to contact them by phone I have to drive 30 miles to return this item to get my $7.99 refund Amazon y'all need to get your customer service all on the same page and y'all need to realize that you just lost a customer that is purchased with you for over 10 years for every single incident in her life way to go for 799 by the way don't buy the razor it's crap

It’s been about a year and it doesn’t work. Batteries. Don’t charge and I need a replacement, but I don’t know who to talk to would be nice if you had a one 800 number.

Less than impressive!
I thought these clippers were the answer to my dream. However; they do not hold a charge and now they are completely dead after trying to charge them for 24 hours. Would never buy them again :(
