Good pan, but like most aluminium frying pans suffers from a slight hump in the middle affecting heat distribution.

Was great till I turned the cooler up to high then I burnt it. Till then it was great

I bought this wonderful pan some 6 months ago and I use to cook omelette every morning as my 'staple' breakfast. I strictly follow the instructions that came with the pan (that includes avoiding lime/lemongrass or other citric dishwasher liquid). After my much satisfying breakfast, I hand wash it very gently and hang it to dry on a special hanger that I have in the kitchen for this pan only.Love it and look forward to our friendship for years to come.

This pan is somewhat non stick and yes, the word 'healthy' in the title is appropriate because you can cook with little or no oil, however, cleaning afterwards is not easy. There are instructions on how to clean so with absolute precision I pay attention to soaking, no scourers and feel optimistic with the promise that this will be enough to produce a shiny finish. I soak again, and again and resist the temptation to attack it with just a light scourer. I pay attention to the water temperature, according the the 'instructions' that is important, but I just can't get it clean. I keep asking if I am being fussy then I remember how much this pan cost and I look at my older, spotlessly clean kitchenware and conclude no, I am not being a fuss pot. I have only had it a week, have used it every day and already, despite only using wooden implements, there is a scratch. I have given 3 stars because it can be used as a frying pan, it does have some non stick qualities and there is a healthier cooking aspect to it, how long the pan will last is anybodies guess, if I remember I will offer further feedback after a few months use.

It's so easy to use, and you only need a tiny drop or two of oil.

It is a good pan but it does need oil or butter to prevent sticking I tried just wiping an oiled kitchen paper around pan before making an omelette but it did stick a bit on the bottom.2 weeks later and I am not happy down to a 1 star this pan is NOT non stick and needs a lot of soaking to get it clean I wanted it for omelettes but even with a little oil or butter it sticks, have gone back to a much cheaper old pan with better results. Do not recommend this pan as non stick

I bought 4 but one is defective. Water leaks into the handle therefore hot steam comes out of the end.
