The ab board is one of the best I've tried so far because it's made in the shape that goes with the circumference of you stomach. These's others made like a rectangle turned vertical but that's not the shape of you stomach. The board is tuff and hasn't changed the whole 2 weeks I've been wearing it. The back board is wide enough and soft but of course aggravating after surgery and will move if faja isn't tight enough. Overall this one is better than the others I've tried.

Back board useless
The back board do not stay in place, do not give the compression it needs under the compression garment. Ab board worked fine.
