These had no effect for me. I'm a guy who takes my blood pressure a few times a day, and my monitor keeps a historical record of what it is at various times a day. After a few weeks of taking these pills, I didn't see a single difference in the numbers. The times of day when my blood pressure would be higher, it was still higher. The trend didn't change at all from this, just like it didn't change when I bought celery seed extract, olive leaf extract, or any of the other "magical" blood pressure control mechanisms I've tried for a more natural control method before it gets out of hand. Like the rest of them, these didn't have an effect. The one plus I will say, is that the pills didn't have a gnarly aftertaste like some of the other ones I've purchased containing celery seed extract. These were much more pleasant to take. I cannot fully recommend this product because I have not had a blood pressure reading to see if this formula lowered my blood pressure. What I can do is tell you a bit about the formula and what I like about it. The formula is all natural and made in the USA. I do not like to take supplements that I do not know what is in them. I also like that the supplement contains essentials that it is important that I take on a daily basis (this way, even if the formula does not lower my blood pressure--it is not doing any harm).I do agree with many of the reviewers that the description of the the supplement is somewhat misleading. This supplement is not designed to lower your blood pressure if it is high or to replace prescription blood pressure medication. The supplement is designed to support an already normal blood pressure. I received this supplement at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review.

Although I have not been officially diagnosed as having high blood pressure, there are instances when at my internist that my blood pressure reading is borderline high. Weirdest things are: I really like my doctor, but can feel the anxiety of the scale and blood pressure when I am there; blood pressure is always perfect at the gynecologist and dentist! Figure that! The more invasive, the lower the blood pressure.....anyway, my parents both gave high Bp and I am quite certain I will get the same diagnosis. The doctor claims that if Bp spikes at any time, a patient should take prescribed meds because of the damage that csn be caused to bodily systems and organs. Needless to say, I am not ready for that, since it is more normal that high ( I monitor st home). I have tried using a combination of essential oils to help maintain my Bp, but am not religious about using it daily because it smells. I was extremely excited to be offered this product in exchange for a fair and honest review. The things that appealed to me were that the product is manufactured in the USA and the combination of vitamins and herbs can be effective in maintaining normal blood pressure and offers other benefits as well, such as relaxation and possible weight loss. I found the supplement to be palatable and even amidst some family-related stress, felt able to relax and feel less anxious. I have just begun using this supplement, but feel certain I will continue to use this for positive long- term effects.

Feeling better in just three days.. This product does work...My blood pressure went down from 130 to 102....Wow...Great item and I will buy this Product again...So will mom...Both love it....
