Does this make your lips plump over time as a treatment or is it only when you use it?

It doesn't do either. Origins used to have a great lip plumper but they discontinued it. Neutrogena is ok as a lip salve, but no more than that

I love this serum! An everyday item for me! I use this as the first thing I put on every morning. Absorbs quickly. Moisturizes my lips. One tube lasts a long while. Such a great product!
