Bent needles.
The needls weren't bent for I use this device, o checked it before use and checked after use and the needle had bent, I'm left with a small scar on my right cheek! I'm very upset about this and think amazon has a duty of care to ensure this doesn't happen, I have found this issue with 2 of the rollers I bought off amazon and think I'll just leave it to the professionals!Also looking at some of the reviewers pictures they are not the same dema roller at all, don't be fooled!
