Nuragold 14k Real Yellow Gold Miami Cuban Link 7mm Solid Chain Necklace

I purchased a 7mm 22" 14k version. I was very skeptical when I saw the previous review for the chain, but I took a chance knowing I could return it. First, I read about the seller as best as I could on Google. Objectively speaking, I couldn't find a lot of good things, but I did find a few good threads on reddit. Also, I didn't see anything bad about the company or the brand, so that did stand out in my mind. Next, I saw a few video reviews on YouTube for this brand, but not for the chain I ended up getting. The people in the reviews seemed like real people and they all seemed satisfied. So, I pulled the trigger. Me being the skeptical individual I am, I immediately took it to the jewelry shop and had it evaluated when it arrived. The jewelry store confirmed the following: Weight: 83g Metal purity: 14k Width: 6.7mm (they used a micrometer) The combination of the length, purity, and grams made me feel ok about it being off by .3mm. I downloaded the ruler app on my phone to measure myself, and when you eyeball it, it's right on the 7mm mark. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and will probably buy jewelry from Nuragold again. One oddity with the shipping is that I had received a UPS tracking number, so I logged into my UPS account to change the UPS access point pickup location that it was scheduled to arrive at in two days. However, it arrived a day early, but via FedEx and I had to sign for it. So, be aware the actual shipping might differ from the shipping method reflected on Amazon, and you might need someone to sign for it.

If you would like a used/scratches up and different necklace everytime you order from nuragold, these are the guys to order from. Completely unprofessional over the phone, speaking over you. Charges a re stocking fees on items clearly usef and very scratched. The pictures on the Amazon website post are completely different than what you will receive in the mail. Sent in a loose box with your multi thousand dollar chain whipping and slinging all over the place through mailing completely unsecured. Not to mention it was not even 7mm in diameter but around. 6.6-6.7 If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase online. Save yourself a large, large headache. By the way, the company is ran by a bunch of kids drop shipping items from Italy that don't even have an in house facility. Everything that was discussed was blamed over the phone was blamed on the facilities in Italy. No responsibility taken for. Avoid at all costs.

Took 2-3 months of buy and returns to find the perfect Miami Cuban link chain (ask Amazon, Macy’s or Zales, they prob hate me for returning their products) But here it is! An official Miami Cuban link chain with tight solid crafts on the metal and heavy. It was pricey. But a type of chain I’ve been looking for and wanting for awhile. Great purchase, happy customer, keeping for sure 100% 😇

I had ordered a chain from Nuragold, shipped to me with loose links and a defective clasp, just overall very poor craftsmanship. The store says free returns, but if you do not return the item in the small window they provide, Nuragold will pocket up to 50% of the items cost when you return it. I got delivered a very low quality chain, returned it, and was stuck with a $457 bill. Be very careful of this company, selling low quality products for big money. I will never buy a chain off Amazon again and recommend anyone looking to steer clear of low quality Nuragold.
