Had this coffee maker in white for quite a few years ,changed colour scheme to black, purchased the same Knowing it's was excellent quality

easy to use and quick
This is the second De'Longhi filter coffee maker I've had. I dropped the jug of the first one and decided to geta complete new machine. It still had many years left in it even though I'd had it for a number of years. It's fast, easy to clean and looks nice too.

Great coffee maker, but.....
This is a really nice filter coffee machine. Makes hot coffee very quickly and stays hot on the timer for a second cup. It's a good looking machine too and sits neatly on the counter top.Somebody in an earlier review noted that it's a shame there's no mesh filter basket. I kept that from my old machine and it fits perfectly. It's not absolutely necessary but it does help to keep the inner basket cleaner and just needs a quick rinse. The machine is generally very easy to wipe clean inside and out.EDIT TO ABOVE COMMENTS: 6 months after the above comment, unfortunately the on/off switch failed, rendering the machine useless. A phone call to Amazon quickly sorted out the issue. I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement and I'm keeping keeping my finger's crossed that the same thing doesn't happen again. Top marks to Amazon for a quick resolution.

Better than other machibnes we've owned
Takes quite a while to complete process but better than previous De'Longhi filter machines. Coffee nice and hot. Overall happy with product.

Coffee machine is OK but it has a disposable paper filter, not reusable as described.
The Amazon description is wrong: the filter is not reusable. It is designed for consumable paper filters.Otherwise the machine is basic but seems OK ,but the reason I chose it was because I expected a reusable filter.

Simple machine, Good Coffee
this machine replaced a previous De Longhi machine where we could no-longer replace the jug. the machine is simple and makes good strong coffee - that is all you need!

Very poor taste of coffee
It doesn’t have aroma function so coffee despite the same amount of used coffee is very weak comparing to my previous de Longhi coffee machine which had aroma function. Water is coming through so quickly this is the reason of the problem. Pity because coffe is very hot and remains hot
