I have a skin and cuticle-picking problem, and these helped me stop picking my skin.

A few came undone so that was disappointing. Another disappointing thing was that it came in a zip lock bag, I expected the original packaging. I would love to buy again but a larger number and with the original packaging. It does help a great deal when you remember to use it. If you have anxiety or ADHD give it a try. I still use mine, the ones that did not come undone lost a tiny bit of color, but that isn’t a deal breaker. Wish the ringers were a tiny bit bigger so I can keep one on my finger all the time and play with it when I need it.

It literally hurt my finger and it left a mark. 😡

I have ADHD and suffer with trichotillomania (compulsion to pluck my hair). I've tried a lot of fidget toys in the past but none really helped me. I assumed acupressure rings would be just another fidget gimmick, but I was happily wrong! These are different because they add a sharp sensation to your finger when used. I've been rolling it on my fingers all morning without even realizing, and haven't had the urge to pluck at all. If you're sensitive to these type of sensations, it might not be the right fidget tool/toy for you, but if you struggle with trichotillomania, dermatillomania, or possibly even forms of self harm, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try! TLDR: Pros: - Discreet - Quiet so it can be used without worrying about bothering coworkers, classmates, etc - Great if you have a compulsion for hair/skin picking or something similar Cons: - It does leave red marks on the fingers - They ring is thick so it doesn't feel very comfy to just wear all day unless you're actively using it
