Very Soothing
I love these crystals and love the flavor. All I do is heat up a cup of water and stir in the crystals. I add a cap of lemon juice and a 1/2 tsp of honey to enhance the flavor. Any time I feel under the weather I drink this tea. It It is very soothing and helps to loosen mucus. I feel that it is worth the money and will continue to buy. I recommend purchasing.
