Could I also use this (with a longer hose) to siphon the gas out of my broke down car, so that I can put in my new car?

I wouldn't. Two reasons: One, this pump moves a small volume of fluid. Good for bleeding brakes but moving gallons would take a long time and you would have to empty the small container many times. Two, the tubing and container are all plastic and I'm not sure if they would react with gasoline or not. Plus, there would be a lot of combustible fumes escaping. Could be dangerous.Modern gas doesn't last long without stabilizers in it, so if it has been in the car long, it isn't worth recovering. If you have to, marine supply stores have rubber bulbs for priming fuel lines. They can be used to safely start a fuel siphon.

Does it come with a case or something to store it in?

It comes in a plastic tray, it can be stored in the tray. If I were going to frequently use the tester I would buy a storage case.

I'm using this to make water boil, would this vacuum pump be sufficient enough to get the pressure low enough?

This pump will max out at 25" Hg, that will get the boiling point down to 130 F. If you can get the vacuum down to 28" Hg, water will boil at about 80 F. Altitude and water purity will affect those numbers. Search for "Hand Boiler" to find those blown glass learning toys. They boil at body temp and are kinda cool.

Can this be also used to generate pressure for tests?

Yes. The kit comes with a very detailed booklet on how to run different tests.

Nice Mityvac brake fluid extractor

I got this to change my brake fluid in my 2015 Tundra and it worked great. My brother also borrowed it for his truck. I bought this because I follow The Car Care Nut on YouTube and this is one of the tools he recommended. Definitely worth the money.
