Does this have Bioperine -- Black Pepper?

No it doesn't and it isn't needed since it is up to 38 times more absorbable than other products. in addition bioperine is a stomach irritant

I was prescribed this by my acupuncture doctor for inflammation, , but I don’t see anything anywhere describing exactly what this is actually use for?

I was prescribed this by my Dr also. He happens to be a research doctor and recommends this supplement source as being prescription grade for supplements. I don’t remember all the reasons Curcumin is good for you to take. Check it out on line for those answers. All I know is that I trust this company because my Dr researches everything.
