Q: This oil works in 2020 rav4?

Look in your owners manual or on the oil filler cap what viscosity your car requires. If it says 0W16, then you can use it. I for example drive a 2022 Toyota Sienna which requires 0W16 and I use this oil.

Q: is this weight compatible with Viscoplus for oil?

Yes you can add viscoplus to this oil. Be sure to run the engine to operating temperature after adding.

Q: Will this work on my camry hybrid?

0w-16 is recommended/ required for my 2018 Camry 2.5 liter non hybrid. Providing that your car requires 0w-16 it will work.
