I inspect cars and trucks for aftermarket warranty every day and I go through scopes very regular. I find this scope to be very effective with a clear picture and a fast, switching from side to forward camera, which makes a difference in my line of work and how much money I can make. I also love the fact that I don’t have to touch my phone, I can just sit it up on the cow and switch back and forth between video and camera instantly. Another good aspect of this camera is the fact that it connects fast to your phone without having to go into the app every time and connect, which again makes it easy for me to be in and out and make my money and go. If I have one complaint, it would be every once in a while and when it seems the battery gets a little low, the buffering between Phone and scope gets a little notchy but I find closing all applications except for this one really helps on that and just make sure your battery stays up to full charge which by the way does tend to last quite a while . Another good feature is the fact that it does have a LED light, which helps when I’m inspecting in an engine compartment, allowing me to find the plug hole or cavity that I need to go into and scope. I go through probably three scopes a year and this one probably feels the cheapest, but do not let that fill you this little scope out performs most of the scopes in its price range and slightly above.

Excellent for uae in an auto shop. The side angle camera works very well for seeing valves through a spark plug hole, as well as being a useful angle to see in tight places like between a firewall and the engine. Saved me tons of testing time so far. Camera quality is better than the Snap On borescopes I have.

I really liked this endoscope/borescope. It was easy to set up, easy to charge, good picture. The only thing that didn’t work for me is the camera is larger than 5.56mm and I need it smaller than that. It is not a 5mm camera.

It takes a few tries to connect the wifi, but once it was done, the ease of use and picture quslity are outstanding. I use this in my guitar repair business, replacing an old, outdated Stryker endoscope I acquired many years ago. Any tech, regustdless of field, will find this usefull on the job

Unit worked great for 5 mins. Too bad I needed it longer then that. Imagine quality and size is great for the price.

These cameras are excellent! Have used both types for a couple of years now and have loved them from the moment I started using them! I use them through the app on my phone/laptop/tablet when diagnosing cars and can take photos extremely easy so I can share or document the problem. Prefect for checking piston walls, valves, piston tops, snaking around anywhere checking for leaks or what ever you'd like. They would be excellent for check barrels on guns too. They do not do very well with oil on the lens as there is no real roll off protection, be aware of that.

You guys I'm serious buy this thing! I work in the automotive industry and have a few Snapon bore scopes. This thing is amazing! I NEVER use Snapon anymore the picture quality is so good the side samera is great everything about it is fantastic! I just fished a snap ring out of a diff that broke off the CV axle and the magnet that is supplied with the camera works 10000x better then my Snapon. I got the ring out no problem at all! I am amazed. I have had it for half a year or so and have used it for everything. I was not sure how good it would be based on the price and reviews saying it's not worth it but trust me it is! Literally EVER tech in my shop has bought or after today is buying it. I tried to compare this camera and the Snapon camera for 3 times the price but I can only upload one video but trust me this camera is MUCH better

We use this in my auto shop multiple times each day for diag and to take customer facing pics. We started with a lower priced version from this company. It remains in service at the same daily pace. The dial view, zoom feature and snapshot button work well and are great adds. The WiFi set up can drop and become frustrating but it generally works fine. The value of having the images instantly on my iPhone outweighs any downside. We save a great deal of time with these low cost cameras while the expensive ones stay in the box.
