Customers say they can't hear me clearly (constant static), and the battery dies mid-shift daily

not the most comfortable, came with makeup on them too and ear piece unattached.
I needed to find a headset that worked with mitel/ring central phones. This one worked after an update and a few changes in setting. Still came in the mail kinda beat up, not clean/covered in makeup and kind of uncomfortable to wear but the user wont be wearing them all day and appreciated the fact he could go between headset, speaker and picking up the actual phone.

Head Set Stopped Communicating
No stars. After 30 days the headset is having problems communicating with the base.

Terrible product for an office
We could not get it to work even with our IT department. You can not walk away with the headset. Nothing like what we had before.

Microphone volume is so low my clients can’t hear me. I had to go back to the wired headset I feel I wasted my money.
