I am loving this sign. I own a small family business where we rely on people passing by to see our sign. One customer came in and said great sign I could see it from down the street. You can clearly see this sign from outside, through the window, in the sun, through the glare, from a distance. So everyone driving/walking by can clearly see that we are open and that a business is there. What else can I ask for from a sign? Purpose accomplished. Other details: It is big but it is very light. The quality of the light is great. It is very bright and clearly visible. I can't really judge the durability. It felt fine when I took it out the box. But let's be real, it's just going to be sitting in the window, where nothing is going to harm it, so I think it'll be fine. Will sunlight exposure damage it? Maybe, I have no idea. But I'm assuming that would take a very long time. Our last sign we used for about 10 years in the window. I didn't notice any sun damage on it. So there's that. I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing it.

The sign is large, bright and easy to see from over 200ft away during the day. We are happy with it at this time. Also, it arrived quickly and well packaged.

I purchased this for my seasonal (3 month) small business storefront to replace a nice but much smaller led sign. I Absolutely loved the Size, brightness and very convenient remote control. I hesitated on paying three plus times the cost of my existing led sign but figured since the 5 plus year old existing sign was still working well, this would be worth the investment to get years of use. I was shocked to pull up to my storefront within days of the one year anniversary date of this purchase to find only the blue line of the sign lit with a slight red partially lit at the top of the letter P. It was past the 30days to return and support ended at 6 months. Sadly since I purchased this at the end of my business season last year, the sign was only used 3 months!! Waste of hard earned money!! Had rated the easy to read as a 5 but since only the blue is lit after 3 months of use it was hard to give the 2 stars.
